Whatcha wanna do?

My career began at sea.
I joined the opening team of the Norwegian Epic
as a Recreation Staff member,
embarking on what would become one of the
most rewarding experiences of my life.
Working onboard taught me how to connect
with people from all over the world,
think on my feet, and create memorable
guest experiences every day.
During my time with Norwegian Cruise Line,
I was featured on an episode of the TV show Undercover Boss.
That experience ultimately led to an opportunity within the company's Entertainment department
at the corporate office in Florida.
I continued working in entertainment and guest experience until I left Florida,
building the foundation for a career that would later expand into tourism, marketing,
social media, content creation, and brand growth.

In 2024, I was just out for a run. About half a mile from home,
I went to cross the street in a crosswalk.
I was halfway across when a
19-year-old pulled a slow-and-go and hit me.
That accident forced me into
a coma for 8 days.
I woke up with no memory and had to learn how to walk again.
As I slowly started rebuilding my strength, something else was rebuilding too:
my stomach.
I joked about the weight gain, but at the end of March 2025,
I went to get it checked out. My PCP did an ultrasound and immediately told me
I needed a PET scan because “something was going on.”
The next day, I got the scan.
7 Hours later, they said, “Get in this ambulance. You have a big tumor, and
it needs to come out.”
That Friday, they cut me open and removed the tumor, along with a few extras,
because not only was it everywhere,
it was cancer.
A few months later, they cut me back open for an 8.5-hour surgery. They filled me with
heated chemo for 90 minutes,
scraped cancer off my organs,
and somehow put me back together again.
But hey… we’re cancer-free.
Now that all of that is behind me,
I’m ready — and honestly excited — to work again. I’m open to almost anything,
within reason, but I’d especially love to work with a few social media clients helping manage, market, and grow their business online.
Check out what I’ve done, ask me anything, and let’s make something happen.

I graduated from James Madison University in 2009 and while trying to break into the workforce, somehow ended up
working on a cruise ship.
One contract later, and an appearance on “Undercover Boss”,
I was rewarded with a job at the corporate office in Miami.
I spent about five years with Norwegian Cruise Line
before making a pit stop back home in Pittsburgh
on the way to Las Vegas.
I ended up spending 10 unforgettable years in Vegas, wearing a lot of different hats. But it all started with a
job in entertainment on the Strip.
No, not that.
